What does this involve?
Your initial consultation with a Grow personal trainer will last 60 minutes and will allow us to learn everything required to build the perfect programme for you, completely tailored to your specific goals and needs
Step 1. Meet your coach
Discuss all your health and fitness goals, complete a taster session to look at movement patterns and flexibility. Put together a weekly training structure and get set up with our tracking system, Myzone, to analyse your body composition
Step 2. Program design
Your coach will then develop your program based upon your consultation. This will be totally tailored to you, designed to help you achieve all of your health & fitness goals
