Yoga for beginners

Yoga for beginners

The perfect place for a yogi to start. A slower pace and more individual attention, with time taken to break down and explain the key elements of the yoga practice. We recommend 1-5 beginners classes in order to feel comfortable and confident flowing a little faster.

Vinyasa (Dynamic)

Vinyasa (Dynamic)

A series of intelligently sequenced postures to work and stretch the whole body. The sequence will depend on your teacher, and will vary week to week, but will include standing and seated postures, and a meditative focus on the breath. This class is designed to make you sweat!

Vinyasa (Slow Flow)

Vinyasa (Slow Flow)

A slower pace of movement and slightly longer holds, which may also incorporate elements of Qigong. Poses move fluidly allowing space for meditation, and to pay close attention to sensations in the body. All levels will benefit from this grounding and exploratory practice.
