About Sandra

Sandra is a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and has over 8 years of experience, with qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates Matwork and Pilates Reformer.

Her understanding of Anatomy and Physiology, combined with her knowledge of Pilates and Personal Training, ensures that every client sees and achieves all of their health and fitness goals. As well as injury rehabilitation, Sandra is also passionate about Nutrition and Body Composition Change. Competing and placing 1st in WBFF (World Beauty Fitness + Fashion) fitness model category provided Sandra with an in-depth understanding of body composition and the influence of different training types and nutritional strategies, expertise which she now draws on when working with her clients.

Alongside her husband Brett, Sandra co-founded Grow in 2018. Together, they wanted to provide customers with the best in Personal Training and make expert health and fitness advice accessible to everyone. Like the rest of the team at Grow, she is driven by a passion for helping people to become their happiest, healthiest selves, by creating fun and effective workouts and providing an unrivalled level of support throughout a clients health and fitness journey.
