About Rachel

Rachel’s aim is to make your workout the best part of your day. Bringing energy and Celtic fire into her classes, you can expect to leave your workout feeling fully recharged and feeling amazing.
Her dance background has instilled a deep understanding of movement and she pushes for top form and technique in every exercise. Rachel believes that a positive mindset is everything and will always encourage you to strive towards your goals, no matter how big or small.
Rachel is a Level 3 PT and member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals)
