Originally from Copenhagen, Jamilla has always been into sports and started strength training when she was 16. Playing football for 8 years and attending a sports-focused boarding school instilled in her the importance of a holistic approach to health, something which continues to influence her training style today. As well as holding her Level 3 qualification in Personal Training, Jamilla has a BSc in Nutrition & Health and is currently working towards her Masters in Sports Nutrition.
Jamilla is a firm believer that a healthy body and mind go hand in hand and that exercising should be both fun and challenging (and always accompanied by banging tunes!)
