I’m a Personal Trainer and Lower Back Pain Exercise Specialist, with a “mixed bag” background of training, including competitive obstacle course racing and 8 years of pole fitness. I can usually be found training or competing in Olympic weightlifting.
Keeping fit runs much deeper than how we look; our bodies are functional and designed to move. What better way to do that than with a workout that’s enjoyable and can become part of your lifestyle? I get psyched about technique and helping people to move optimally. I strive to create training environments that are so much fun you’ll forget you’re working out. Exercise has to be fun to be sustainable, so let’s get moving and have a good laugh!
