About Emily

Emily is passionate about helping others to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves through fitness. A firm believer in “a healthy body, a healthy mind”, she is committed to helping her clients achieve balance and develop a positive relationship with both exercise and nutrition. She dedicates the time to truly getting to know her clients and understanding their goals and needs and provides them with the support they need to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.

As a founding partner of Grow, she has been here since Day 1, helping the team to be named runner up for Men’s Health “best new fitness studio” in only 6-months of launch. Like the rest of the Grow team, she has a deep interest in the human body and how we move, so when she’s not coaching or working on her own training in the gym, you’re likely to find her reading up on latest fitness trends and research.

Emily is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a member of REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals)
