Ben is a qualified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor with a passion for making training as enjoyable and effective as possible. Having grown up playing team sports from a young age, he thoroughly believes in training and motivating each other as a group and finding the fun in the hard work. Whether he’s working with clients 1-on-1 or leading one of our group training sessions, his aim is always to motivate and encourage and equip people with the knowledge they need to become fitter, healthier and happier.
As head of our group training, Ben invests a lot of time into crafting creative, fun workouts that challenge you and push you to your limits to drive your fitness to new levels. He has devised what we proudly consider to be one of London’s toughest classes – but he does it without the bootcamp attitude, ensuring that you’ll smile as much as you sweat! He meets with our other instructors every week, to explore and test new workout ideas, to make sure our group training never gets boring (and crucially, that you never hit a plateau).
