About Ash

Ash puts a positive mental attitude at the forefront of training. He believes you should leave every session feeling better than you came in, whether that’s because you worked hard, hit a new personal best or simply because you had fun. He believes that achieving your goals is important, but it’s just as important that you enjoy the journey. He recognises that every body (and everybody’s goals) are different and need a unique approach. His experience in strength, conditioning, aesthetics and mobility-based training means he has a wealth of knowledge to draw on in order to keep his sessions fresh, fun and effective.

Ash’s training comes in handy for his other great passion… professional wrestling! That’s right, when Ash isn’t at Grow you can find him grappling in rings around the country but don’t worry, we’ve been assured there will be no bodyslams in the studio.
