Alex is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with an extensive knowledge of group training, including Kettlebells, Suspension Training and Indoor Cycling. Through these group sessions, Alex expanded his knowledge of functional bodyweight movements, which he regularly includes within workouts.
Alex prides himself in making exercise inclusive for all abilities while still testing and challenging individuals to make the most of every workout. He understands the importance of having a positive experience with exercise and works closely with his clients to set clear, achievable goals whilst being on hand for every step of their fitness and wellbeing journey.
Alex appreciates a work/life balance and when he isn’t in the gym, either training clients or himself he loves to explore London. You may find him flicking through a vinyl collection in a record store or trying a new blend of coffee.
