I highly recommend Grow, it’s a fitness studio that really welcomes you and focuses on making sure that you get the right support. The instructors particularly Ben really pays attention to check and help you get the right form. For me, it’s made a big difference, I feel a lot more confident with strength training since doing fitness classes at Grow. The Signature workout is varied so you don’t get bored and you end up working out different types of muscles. I do always struggle with getting up the stairs after class as my legs stop working by the end, it’s totally worth it though!read more

Grow is by far my favourite and go-to for S&C. Sure, there are plenty of classes in London offering a good sweat, but personally I’ve found 99% lack personal connections or a truly caring and knowledgeable staff. That’s why Grow is special. The team is attentive & friendly and fantastic at their jobs frankly. Every time I’m there I feel I am at PT - they actually care to remember your name, welcome you with an honest smile and pay attention to your form and execution during the exercises. Regardless of your level or knowledge they make sure you walk away feeling a better version of yourself. Cannot recommend it enough!read more

Grow is hugely responsible for getting me back into fitness! The classes are so well-structured, and I feel very supported during all of the exercises. Ben, Emily and Brett are super high-energy and motivate me to keep coming back!As someone who usually struggles with insecurities at the gym, my confidence has grown since I started with Grow. I have been made to feel very welcome by the whole team. Grow in general has such a good vibe and after just a few classes, it genuinely feels like a second home.read more

GROW is a place you will feel welcome from the second you step in. I'd never done Personal Training sessions before and was a bit apprehensive about starting. Straight away, I was welcomed by the owner Brett whose positivity and engagement in your personal needs makes you want to start training immediately. After finding out all the ins and outs, he recommended training with Emily. Emily is a superstar! She did a lot of research before creating a program for me as I could only do specific kind of exercise. Over the 5 sessions we had, she was always making sure I challenged myself & had the best form I could have. I got stronger and stronger with each session. The sessions were fun and I always felt so comfortable! Emily also supported my nutrition by giving me suggestions - I now need to get better at that! I highly recommend training with Emily - she will make sure you are working with weights safely and you keep raising your bar!Grow has a family feel and each of the team members I met - Emily, Brett & Ben - put their hearts into what they do. I have been attending Grow for PT sessions with Emily for the last 4 months and I can highly recommend!!! Emily has kept me focused, put me through my paces in the right way but most importantly given me the confidence to love my body and work towards reaching my specific goal. Already I am feeling fitter and stronger and happier in myself about my body. Equally, Emily is available anytime to give me advice, from nutrition to exercises to do at home.
